Having planned to visit the Bird Sanctuary at Sultanpur, we were disappointed to find the sanctuary closed. We were thrilled to discover a mustering of painted-storks visiting a water body near the sanctuary. This beautiful pair of painted- storks literally posed for me and I succeeded in capturing them on my handheld DSLR with 70-300 telephoto zoom in spite of inclement weather with poor visibility.
