A Captian named Jon Hale was running trips back and forth for hurricane relief of Hurrican Irma, and got stuck in open water for Hurricane Nate. He was faced with having the US Coast Gaurd pluck him from his Boat after trying to make it on what he had. the following weeks it had found its way up into the panhandle of Florida in a wonderful little fishing community called Destin Florida. the Best part is the ironic name it held, 'Phantom of the Aqua' ... Amazing Stories require amazing photographs to tell the story in my opinion
