If you are in New Zealand there is a pretty good chance you will end up in Queenstown, the country’s tourist epicentre and its adventure mecca. With over two hundred activities to choose from there is something for everyone’s taste, fitness level or degree of insanity. The reputation is well earned.
This is not why I gravitate towards the nation’s jewel in the crown. Personally, the lure of the area is in its natural energy and vibe, the radiant lake and the backdrop of mountains that look hand painted with pulsating skies above rubbing on their razor sharp peaks.
No sold ticket can match that.
