Peeky Cheeky! Was that a tattoo, or a one time bit of playful make-up. So FUN!

Location
This was shot in Laughlin, Nv. during The River Run bike week. Several of the casinos had outdoor bars setup in their parking lots, as I recall this one was in front of the Pioneer casino.Time
The River Run is in late April, 2017 was the 35th annual event lasting 5 days. The casinos close off large portions of their parking lots to set up all sorts of vendors, music stages, bike exhibits, and of course bars. It's easy to spend the whole day checking things out. Stopped for a drink at about 5:00 pm, when she turned to retrieve my beer I knew I had to get a shot of such a beautiful smile.Lighting
Just another sunny day along the Colorado river under a large canopy with a cold beerEquipment
Events like this I like to take videos of live music. My Nikon S9900 is perfect for this with it's 18 mp, 30x optical zoom and great sound capture. And it's compact case on my belt easy access and allows me to buy souvenirs and beer without having to worry about carrying around a lot of camera gearInspiration
You really need to ask what inspired me? The photo speaks for itself, A beautiful woman with a pretty smileEditing
On a shot like this I may have cropped a little bit, butt the 30x zoom is quite capable of capturing this view. I probably added a little color saturation to those rosy red cheeks using windows photo gallery. In my camera bag
As stated previously, on this occasion I had my S9900 in a belt pouch with a small pocket that has 3 extra batteries and a cleaning cloth. I also have a Nikon D3200 with 18-55, 55-300 lenses. A Canon 70D with 10-18, 55-250, 40mm macro. I used to shoot Minolta 35mm and still use those lenses with adapters for the dslr's, those include 100-300 with 2x adapter, 50mm macro with auto bellows. If I'm hiking I'll load up a fishing vest with gear. I always keep extra batteries. Also keep handy compact and full size tripods, rain cape and lens cleaning paper, cloth, brush and solution.Feedback
Always keep a camera handy. You never know when you might see a pretty smile. Be polite, complimentary, tip well, and you might be rewarded with 2 smiles (I was).
