Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in a very secluded southern part of Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada.

Time

It was approximately 4:30pm on or around December 15th, 2017 on a very cold day as it usually is at that time of year somewhere around -30 with the wind chill.

Lighting

The lighting at this time of day made it just right for the shot and seem to work just right for the camera.

Equipment

I had used my Canon EOS Rebel T2i with my EFS 55/250mm Lens only.

Inspiration

While driving past the area I had noticed how breathtaking the sunset was and just had to stop and get the shot. As you might have guessed I had stepped out of the vehicle for a very short time with the camera all ready to get the shot as the sunset was just as breathtaking as the cold air outside the vehicle!

Editing

None.

In my camera bag

I have in my camera bag a Canon EOS Rebel T6i / EFS18-55mm Canon / EFS55-250mm Canon lens as well as 1,2,4 and 10 close up filters / CPL, FLD and UV filters / 2,4,8 ND filters as well as all the adaptor cords and charger.

Feedback

My advice to anyone would be to take more rather than less shots at different angles and selections on your camera and check them all out very closely as I can't count the amount of times I just wish I might have spent more time to get the right shot!
