Artist Doug Aitken built a house made of mirrors for the Desert X art exhibition in Palm Springs. It sits at the top of a hill so that it reflects the city below and stars above in the most breathtaking way. The mirrors are an amazing canvas for long exposure star trails circling the north star, Polaris, while including the contrasting star trails to the south.
