I was looking for the perfect autumn scene in Mortimer Forest near Ludlow to recreate as a pastel painting when this father and his son jogged by. It was a chance capture that I used as a reference photo for a painting that sold very quickly! I am not very good at photoshopping to improve the contrast and bring out the autumn colours but the painting looked great!
