I don't get out to shoot as much as I used to. Life got busy and I've made up plenty of excuses not to wake up and leave my house at 4:30 or 5am. I have a patient that is more of a friend than he is a patient, and he loves photography as much as I do. For a year, we talked about going to this spot and shooting pictures together. Between his health, and my excuses, we kept putting it off. Just before Thanksgiving, his wife called me and informed me he had passed. There was no more time for excuses.

Even though he wasn't with me physically, spiritually, I know he was pointing that lens for me. This one is for Frank!
