This six-storey staircase is at the centre of the Andaz Hotel at Liverpool Street in East London. The five-star hotel is situated inside a grand Victorian building which opened as the Great Eastern Hotel in 1884. It reopened in 2007 after being redesigned by Conran and Partners, whose staircase pays homage to New York's Guggenheim Museum.
