The Grey Wolf
Wolves are something I love and find a great joy in photographing. I have been blessed with many encounters with two species of wild wolves, the grey wolf and the local "Algonquin" Eastern wolf. I have luckily spent time with every species of wolf that calls Northern America home, including the endangered red wolves and Mexican grey wolf. If you are not fortunate enough to see these wolves in the wild you should go to one of your local wolf centers where you can learn about these magnificent animals, the facts and fiction of wolves as well as getting amazing opportunity to photography them. A great place that is fairly close for me is a place in Quebec called, Parc Omega. They have more than just wolves but that is always the highlight for me when going there. This image is a grey wolf in captivity that was captured at Parc Omega.
