I took this picture on independence day when I was at a place called as "Amar Javan joyati" it is kind of memorial for the India soldiers who lost their lives in war. On the location, there was this one light which was not working but I tried to show that even it is not working it is important for all other lights because if you will remove that light the lights bellow could not glow.
