The photo was taken on the shore of a lake ... the day was cloudy, and the light was artificially recreated.Time
I seem to remember that the photo was taken around 17AMLighting
I used 3 speedlights, two in front of the girl with octabox, and one naked with full CTO jelly behind, aimed at the book, to spread the warm light on the girl's face.Equipment
I always use my Canon 5 D Mark III, with Sigma 85mm f / 1.4 DG HSM Art and Sigma 50mm f / 1.4 DG HSM ArtInspiration
It was a photo that I had wanted to take for a long time ... usually I am inspired by great painters of the past ... Caravggio, Weermer ... I like the light they managed to create in their paintings.Editing
Usually I do the basic corrections with Lightroom, then move on to Photoshop for the finishing touches on the skin and for the colors. In my camera bag
I always use my Canon 5 D Mark III, with Sigma 85mm f / 1.4 DG HSM Art and Sigma 50mm f / 1.4 DG HSM Art.I always use artificial light for my portraits. Two Godox ad 200 with octaboxFeedback
Study well the light and the composition ... and most importantly, knowing how to manage the model
