On the 8th of april 2011 the fallen soldier W.F. Brummelhuis from Bornerbroek (the Netherlands) was reburied with military honours on the military war cemetery Grebbeberg. Since he was killed by artillery fire on the 13th of may 1940 during the battle of the Grebbeberg he was the last ‘unknown soldier' on the military cemetery. Thanks to his survivors abandoned DNA material he could be identified.
