"The record will forever show that IUP’s Cobo Diaz tipped in the game-winning bucket at the buzzer to lift his team over Bloomsburg, 83-81 in overtime, on Sunday at the KCAC.
The video evidence suggests that things probably should have gone otherwise, that at least a second overtime should have been required to determine a winner in the PSAC game. But since there is no video review in most college basketball games below the Division I level, IUP walked off a winner after the officials converged for a few seconds before one signaled the basket good." -
