Part of a course Project titled "Humans in their Environment"
For this project, I chose to show how Humans impact nature through new construction using Symbolic and Abstract methods, while still telling a photostory that is easy to follow.

My photographs show examples of how Humans rip out forestry in order to build new construction, leaving very little of the old trees behind. Instead, we attempt to replant smaller weaker trees, very beautiful flower beds, that are replanted every season, and as I will show, even small parks in the middle of parking lots. My photographs will also show how we attempt to hide our pollution behind the nature that we do leave behind, as well as what we decide to replant.

I have enhanced color in most photographs to emphasize the Symbolic and Abstract, and to focus on what we have attempted to leave behind in nature. Not only have we torn out the natural forestry, but we have chased out all of the habitats for wildlife that had been living there.
