Location
I took it on my first trip to Cambodia and Angkor Wat. I remember sitting there for 20 minutes, just waiting for a moment without anyone walking through that certain passage.Time
I got up before sunrise to get to Angkor Wat, so it was in the dusk of the early morning I got to take this shot. I didn’t enter through the main entrance so I got to see this before stepping out and seeing the sun rise over this majestic building.Lighting
The light itself painted a beautiful picture which I simply enhanced a bit to reflect the light and emotion I myself experienced in this moment.Equipment
It actually was a very simple digital camera, I don’t even remember which one it was, but it was shortly before I decided to get my Sony Alpha 6000,Inspiration
The whole atmosphere and breathtaking and awe-inspiring beauty of Angkor Wat.Editing
I enhanced the contrast and blue light of dusk.In my camera bag
These days I’ve got my Sony Alpha 6000 with the standard lens and the SEL 70350 lens.Feedback
I don’t consider myself qualified enough to give any advice concerning photography. I take photos by gut feeling and according to the situations presented to me.
