I finally got to check off some bucket list items and go visit Iceland and see the northern lights this month. I'm just starting to process through all of the photos and while I've only been home less than a week, I'm already planning on going back...
This is a shot of my daughter, taken behind Kvernufoss waterfall in Iceland. Getting to this fall requires a short, easy, and beautiful (let's be honest here, Iceland is stunning, period) hike. We had it to ourselves even though it's only a quarter of a mile from Skogafoss, which is one of the most popular sites on the island.
