Interior to St Paul's Cathedral, the seat of the Bishop of London and the mother church of the Diocese of London. This view was taken west of the choir, looking between the stalls towards the apse and the high altar in the distance.

The original church on the site at the top of Ludgate Hill dates back to AD 604, with the present cathedral designed by Sir Christopher Wren and built in the late 17th century following the Great Fire of London.
