Hiking around Lake O’Hara in Alberta, Canada was absolutely incredible. However, we made the late decision to head up to the upper viewpoint which was an hour hike and sunset was coming on fast. Fast forward 30 mins and I was basically crawling up the final ascent near death. Every 50 ft I’d stop to take shot and catch my breath. Luckily I had this as my backdrop. The light was amazing shooting through the mountains.

Hi Ryan, I seldom stop to comment on a photo unless it is absolutely wonderful. So many photos that receive awards I just don’t get. Your photograph is one that I believe should be printed, framed, and sold by a high-end interior decorator. It must be at least 20X24” and preferably larger. Great job my friend! Love your eye.
