Thank you all so much! I had not looked at viewbug for quite some time so I was quite surprized! Thanks again!

Location
This photo was taken in the wildpark of Gangelt in Germany. My boyfriend took me there to see the animals in a nice foresty area.Time
I am not sure what time of day it was, I guess it was somewhere in the early afternoon. There where about 4 brown bears in this area, they were all quite far away. I already spotted this great water pool and hoped that one or more of the bears would come to the part of the area where we were standing. And this one finally did! I was lucky that the bear looked right at us when I took this picture.Lighting
I am just a starting photographer, sometimes I find it hard to spot creative possibilities for photos, I really liked this one.Equipment
I used the Fujifilm X-T1 with the XF 18-135 mm lens. I did not use any other equipment except my own hands.Inspiration
I love to take pictures of nature and animals. I love bears as well, so this was the perfect combination for me to take photos of.Editing
Yes I used camera raw/photoshop to increase the brightness of the colors and the contrast. In my camera bag
At the time I only brought the camera and lens that I took this photo with. Now I added some more equipment to my bag. I usually take this 18-135mm lens, sometimes I take the 18-55mm or the 60mm macro lens. However, my bag is a little to small, I just bought a new one so that I can take more than 2 lenses with me at the time. I also have a 35mm (which I hardly ever use) and a 50-200mm lens (which is new, and I have not used it yet).Feedback
Look around you and use the "tools" nature gives you. I have seen very beautiful street photos of buildings that reflected in a puddle of rain water. And keep trying, I still struggle with my pictures and composition. Also, take many photos, the first try is often not the best shot. However, with animals you sometimes only get one try of course.
