This day, I was taken by my youth group from church to a military cemetery on memorial day to place flags on the graves of the fallen soldiers who've so valiantly served our country. These men, who fought in as early as the 1800s, have their own legacy that most of us have never known of. I remember sitting there with a handful of american flags, listening to the man on the bagpipes, Imagining the smiles on each of their faces as we placed flags on all of the graves, never excluding one. It was truly an amazing experience, and I was honored to place flags on such honorable grounds.
