Turin and its landmark building: the Mole Antonelliana. Originally conceived of as a synagogue, it now houses the Museo Nazionale del Cinema, and is the tallest museum in the world. A representation of the building is featured on the obverse of the Italian 2 cent euro coin.
Photo taken from Monte dei Cappuccini, a hill of 283 m located on the right bank of the Po. It is very close to the historic center, near the Vittorio Emanuele I bridge, which gives access to Piazza Vittorio Veneto. On it stands the convent and the Baroque church of Santa Maria al Monte, entrusted to the Cappuccini brothers, from which the name.
