Behind The Lens

Location

This is the Williamsburg Bridge that spans between Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Time

This was likely taken in the late afternoon.

Lighting

If memory serves, this day was overcast and a bit on the chilly side, so all lighting is ambient.

Equipment

This was taken with my Nikon D90 and an 18-200mm lens.

Inspiration

I was walking home after volunteering and thought that this design was very cool, so I took a picture, Architecture is one of my favorite things to photograph and I love bridges.

Editing

No post processing was done.

In my camera bag

I only have the one camera which is my Nikon d300 with the 18-250 lens. It is a workhorse and while it can get a bit heavy after a while, it take great photos in any kind of weather and most situations.

Feedback

My best advice is to be open to any possibility and to always look up because you never know what you will miss.
