Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo outdoors during the "golden hour" in the woods. My friend is a make up artist and her make up was flawless so grabbed my camera and off we went. I just love the way the light fell her face.

Time

Golden hour during summer.

Lighting

We played with light alot on this day. I found a spot of light on the forest floor coming through the trees. The natural light liked me that day!

Equipment

Nikon D7200 and my nifty fifty.

Inspiration

I love faces and I love golden hour because of the soft light. She looks soft, beautiful and sexy!

Editing

I did very little to the RAW image except for converting to jpeg in LR.

In my camera bag

Always have my nifty fify and variety of lenses, polarizing filters.

Feedback

Head out as the end of day draws near. I love going out an hour or 2 before sunset.
