I know this is not the best photo of this spot ever, but I have such a hard time of getting the time right seems like. This is on Hwy 64 between Highlands NC and Franklin NC and it's right on the side of the road at the view. You honestly barely got enough room to park your vehicle and big vehicles should not park there.
