Harbour seal at Victoria, Canada's Fisherman's Wharf waiting for tourists to purchase raw fish from a dockside fish shop. Until recently, feeding the harbour seals was not discouraged, even though feeding wildlife is supposed to be punishable by a fine. The seals have been a popular tourist draw for many years, with as many as 6-8 at a time vying for pieces of fish.
