This picture was taken at the Lake Springfield Dam, facing the Southeast power plant, on my way to work. I had seen this scene a few weeks before, but did not have the time to stop to take any pictures. The heated water that is expelled from the power plant increases the lifting fog effect. I took this pic with my Moto Z Play, then used the GIMP, with the G'Mic plugin, to make it pop.
