Location
The photo was taken in Salerno, a city near Naples in southern Italy, where they have a tour called "Luci d'artista" that spreads through the entire city. This particular structure was in the park of the Villa Comunale.Time
The photo was taken at night in winter.Lighting
My intention was to have only the carriage stand up in complete darkness, but unfortunately it was not completely possible because of the streetlights and of the other lightsEquipment
This was shot with a Canon EOS 1200D with a EF-S 18-55 III lens.Inspiration
The only inspiration I had was from the tour itself, the sculptures made out of lights were simply incredible and I absolutely had to take many pictures. This one is still one of my favourite shot ever.Editing
The only things I modified in this pictures were brightness and contrast, but for the rest the shot was already as good as it could possibly be.In my camera bag
At the time I took this picture I only had one lens for my Canon, but now I also have a 55-250 mm lens.Feedback
The only advice I can give to capture something similar is to take your time, I tried a couple of times with different settings to get the perfect balance and the perfect pictures. Since this carriage was not going very far I had plenty of time.
