This photo was taken, in 2012, during one of my visits to the Moonridge Zoo, located in Big Bear, CA. This is "TuTu", she is the Mama to daughter - "Ayla" and son, "Harley." This is the only Grizzly Bear family that is known to live together in captivity in California and possibly the United States. Camera that was used for this was a Canon Digital Powershot SX30 IS [image stabilization].I watched her movements and when the timing was right, I was able to get this photo. She was behind a chain link fence and I had the lens of the camera zoomed all the way out to get this shot.
