This was a 6-month old kitten that had been laying beside one of my fern plants on my porch. I love how she is nestled among the fern surrounding her and she is looking up at me. I had seen her in this spot when I had come home from running an errand and went to grab my camera, praying she would still be there! this cat was one of two cats that would come up on my porch. I was able to pet the white cat that came with her, but I was never able to touch this pretty ginger tabby. Shortly after this photo was taken, she scampered off never to be seen again! To this day, I always wonder what happened to her! This photo was taken around the year of 2007 or 2008, shortly after I had bought my mobile home.
