I was practicing the long shutter techniques and I came up with great pics and this was one of themEquipment
it was Taken using my Canon 5D II camera, canon 17-40mm lens at iso 100, f/11, 19mm and it was for 4 seconds with no flash. I used my manfrotto tripod. i was using ND1000 filter.Inspiration

i always advise not to copy other works; try to come up with your own perspective and fill your frame as you see it and not as other did.
