The library in the strahov monastery is so well protected that you have to pay extra just to photograph it. (I thought this was a poor way to take advantage of tourists, but I'd traveled so far already and wasn't about to miss out on this capture.) The library has religious tomes and rare objects on display in addition to its beautiful rooms filled with books.
