Location
This image was taken in a forest in France in a small village called St Servais.Time
This image was taken at around 4 P.M during the summer.Lighting
As the shot was taken within a forest, the lighting was quite limited, however I managed to find a spot where there was abeam of light coming in through the trees, so I was able to get enough light to capture this shot :)Equipment
I was very limited with the equipment I used for this shot, I only had my Nikon camera and a tiny mirror which worked very nicely with the mushrooms.Inspiration
I was riding on the back of my boyfriends scooter when we saw a forest and decided to investigate it, I then saw these tiny mushrooms and automatically remembered that I had a tiny mirror in my pocket which I believe would be a really nice idea for a photograph. The image reminded me of a fairy tale, hence the name 'Mirror mirror'Editing
I had to add in more light and colour as the images were still a little dark due to the time and place. In my camera bag
I normally carry my Nikon D5300, 2 lenses which normally consist of my 50mm and my 18-140 mm as I believe that they both serve me very well when it come to taking unplanned shots, however if I have planned the shoot I will normally bring along my flash and my 300mm lens as well.Feedback
Just remember every image is special, you can work with anything as long as you use your imagination.
