The photo took several shots and stance adjustments because of the low lighting. Many of the additional pictures were thrown away because of how shaky the results were. It was difficult to find a balance between the dark shadows and the bright mist.Equipment

The mood created by the mist moving through the trees presented an opportunity to express the enjoyment which can be found when taking a walk in Alaska.Editing

Take a small, waterproof pack to transport a tripod and to put your camera in. Cool, humid environments can cause your camera to fog up when simply held in your hand or when pressed against your body.
