Location
Taken in a neighboring wheat field, I'd set up my tripod to grab some landscape and self portrait photos. Little did I know that the one of me walking towards the camera to check my images would turn out the best!Time
This was around 7pm, shot at Golden hour (or as close to it) in order to really bring out the warm, yellow tones of the wheat.Lighting
Au natural.Equipment
Shot with my Canon 85mm 1.8 at the time on my Canon Rebel t2i which I've since upgraded from. Tripod was used as well.Inspiration
I'd often drive by the wheat field pictured in this photo and think to myself 'goodness, I really need to take some photos there!' and so I did!Editing
Just some simple Lightroom adjustments to really bring out the warmth of the image. And of course sharpness! In my camera bag
Typically a macro, portrait, and landscape lens. Along with an extra battery.Feedback
Just keep shooting! You never know what shot will turn out the best!
