In my room,I lit with a torch at the back to make the marks more prominent.Time

I used a torch to lit it from back and the light in the room was switched off so that I can get the marks on the leaf more prominently.Equipment

For capturing images similar to this I should suggest the object to be back-lit and the most of the light should be focused on the leaf.
