Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken from the higher observation point of Fallsview Park in Cohoes New York

Time

It was taken midday heading toward the afternoon

Lighting

Natural sunlight is all that I needed for this beautiful shot.

Equipment

I used my Nikon D3300 with my Nikor 55mm-200mm lens zoomed most of the way of not all of the way in.

Inspiration

The way the water falls over the top of the falls and into this set of pools is just so beautiful and was really happy I could capture it.

Editing

There was no special processing that was done to this picture.

In my camera bag

I don’t pack anything special. I do carry a Nikon D7500, D3300, the 55-200mm lens, an 18-55mm lens along with a UV lens that stays on the 18-55mm lens.

Feedback

You can take great pictures whether you have a camera on your phone or the most professional camera you can get your hands on. It’s all about prospective and how you see things in your own minds eye.
