I am excited to share a bit of the awe that I felt that night in July - gazing up at the universe of stars from amongst the formations at Hopewell Rocks in New Brunswick. It was an epic clear-sky night for capturing images of the Milky Way. This is an image of the classic "Lovers Arch".
For those that have not seen them, the Hopewell Rocks are sandstone rock formations caused by tidal erosion along a section of the New Brunswick coast of the Bay of Fundy. They stand 40–70 feet tall and are virtually submerged twice a day by the highest tides in the world.
For those that have not seen the Milky Way - I am sorry. ☺
