I'm in a dog club and we just got a dock diving pool. This is Talley and she was coming down the ramp getting use to the water. That background is the black ramp but I did have to remove part of the owner's leg on the right side.Time
It was about 10:00 AM on a beautiful sunny day.Lighting
Clear sunny day.Equipment
Canon 5DSR and Canon EF 70-200 f/2.8 IS II USM lens. The camera was hand held.Inspiration
Since this was our club's 1st dock diving class I wanted all the participants to have some photos of the fun.Editing
I had to crop the picture in Lightroom and did some noise reduction as well. Then I moved it over to Photoshop to remove the owner's leg on the right side. I have some preloaded actions that I've made for my style of photography and I used them.In my camera bag
Just the camera, lens and extra battery. Nothing fancy here.Feedback
Always make sure your f stop will capture your subject correctly along with the shutter speed for that type of shot. Both being at a good level can produce some amazing memories. Action isn't for everyone it takes practice, practice, practice.
