This house is literally falling in on itself. That's what came to mind when I titled the photo.

This is the Castillo de San Cristobal in San Juan Puerto Rico

This was just before sunrise, taken at the Pumpkin Patch south of Arthur, Illinois

South Beach in Miami shoe store. I couldn't resist this photo with the beach reflecting back at me among the shoes.

The Corn and bean dust caused by harvesting the crops alway makes great sunsets in central Illinois. The dust particles defuse the light rays.

This photo was taken from my back yard,a spur of the moment photo after I saw the fall "super moon" through my bedroom window

This photo was taken around 10:00 pm Central Daylight time

Lighting

I used the night setting on my camera

Equipment

I used a Nikon Coolpix S7000 16.0 Megapixels with a 20 zoom. I held freehand to take the shot

Inspiration

Seeing the Super Moon's bright glow and orange mottled color silhouetted behind one of my tree's branches gave me a better photo that just the moon by itself. It added mystery and a certain spookiness to the shot.

Editing

I cropped the photo and added some clarity to the shot.

In my camera bag

I just carry around my point and shoot Nikon S7000

Feedback

I am an amature phtotgrapher who likes to take pictures of things that catch my eye. I have been told I have a good eye for seeing normal items from a different perspective. My advise would be for anyone who likes to take photos, don't be afraid to try different things with your camera. Whether is a high end camera, or just a point and shoot digital, with a large memory card you can take several photos of the same subject and edit them later. I also look through the VB site to get ideas of angles, perspectives, and subject matter. No tow photographers may see the same subject in the same way. Just be yourself.
