Vine of the Chihuahuan Desert- often found winding its way up desert shrubs. "Berries" look delicious - but it is a member of the gourd family, so I suspect they are not tasty to humans. Immature "gourdlets" in white-green visible at right. "Slimlobe" and "tenuisecta" both refer to the narrow divided segments of the leaves.
