This was my first full day in Australia after traveling for over 24 hours from Boston to Brisbane. I left Wednesday evening and arrived at 7:45 am on Friday morning I met a few other Americans at the place that I was living and hit it off well. We decided that for our first full day, we would get up early and watch the sunrise down at Mooloolaba Beach. Sure enough, on Saturday morning, we caught an Uber to Mooloolaba and watched a spectacular sunrise. I'm typically more of a portrait photographer, so getting scenic pictures is a bit out of my comfort zone. However, that being said, I've really enjoyed getting into different types of photography, especially landscape. The world is so very beautiful and I love capturing natural beauty. This image has very few edits added to it, making it almost as real as possible.
