Taken on a Friday night. Waiting for a bus home

I took this shot while flying home. The reflection from the winglet attracted my attention to the scene.

I took this photograh. The chairs are like barriers between each person who were travelling this day.

Behind The Lens

Location

This Photograph was taken while on holiday with my family. It was summer 2016 and we had decided to travel by 4WD to King’s Canyon, Northern Territory, Australia from Alice Spring. The landscape of Central Australia is amazing. I have a few photos from this trip.

Time

It was late afternoon, when the temperature had dropped from 45 degrees celsius to 39ish. We ventured out to explore. Found these trails. I stopped to capture Kings Canyon in the background & the sun casting it’s golden glow over the landscape.

Lighting

Shooting in the late afternoon is a favourite time for me.

Equipment

On this trip I used a iPhone 6s. I have been using a iPhone for my photography for a number of years. Loving the availability of the device to capture images.

Inspiration

I’ve always found the Australian landscape quite intriguing. The way it changes depending on time of day or weather. After we had decided on the trip. I was eager to capture it.

Editing

I don’t remember using any processes for this particular image. I want to submit it raw.

In my camera bag

As I mentioned. I use a iPhone for my images. Currently a iPhone 8.
