I like the look in her eyes. And, the idea that maybe she's wearing lingerie. But, she's got on too much makeup to have just awoken. Even her hand almost in her face, doesn't bother me so much, but, where's the smoke? I think either the cigarette should be smoldering, and/or she should be exhaling the smoke. I think you could get away with cropping out everything but her eyes. THEY speak. (Try it.)

I love this shot! I would have given it Absolute Masterpiece but the cigarette took that away for me personally... so I gave you Top Choice!
