Behind The Lens

Location

On or near the Clemson College campus. This tree was across from a small memorial park, where one could stop, relax and maybe cook a meal for a picnic. This tree was across the road from where the parking lot was for the park.

Time

It was in the mid to late afternoon. The time maybe recorded with the camera technical.

Lighting

A Gift of the Good God who made our planet...sunlight...and a live tree! As they say: Timing is everything!!

Equipment

Canon PowerShot A560 - no tripod or extra lens. Just a simple snapshot that I hoped was in focus!

Inspiration

Lighting by the wonderful Sun of our planet earth. It was a gift of heaven and earth and I readily recognized that when I saw this tree while going to my car after a rest at the memorial park. The tree seemed to beg me to take its photo!!! I could not dismiss this opportunity and felt so good about this experience. I knew this was a special gift and like someone was looking out for and comforting me on this solo trip to visit my relatives.

Editing

No manipulation of the photo what-so-ever. Was just a simple shot.

In my camera bag

Nothing but the camera.

Feedback

Take the photo right away....as sunlight and time will make a difference... in the small seconds of time!!! Especially if it is a gift!!
