Great shot. Little info on the attack style, it is normal for the lion to to for the head when hunting alone with out help from the pride. The try to get there mouth over the nose of the buffalo and suffocate it. Its just part of nature. Great capture, my wife and i are going on our first safari this fall and seeing your pictures is getting me excited for what might be ahead.
