Behind The Lens

Location

I captured this photo at Mandalay hill, located North-East of Mandalay city.

Time

It's early morning I captured.

Lighting

It's slight foggy morning and side lighting on Mandalay palace trace me to take this picture. Lighting on the layers of trees temtate me and I captured them.

Equipment

My camera is Nikon d7200 and my lens is nikkor 55-200mm f4.5-6.3 on hand held. No flash, no filter, no polarizer.

Inspiration

Cityscape is one of my favorite photography type and keen to capture this type of photography and can't resist when I found like this beautiful cityscape.

Editing

I am a lightroomer and used 6.6.window lightroom and finished with nik collection.

In my camera bag

Normally 11-16 Tokina wide lens, 18-55 AFP kid lens, 70-300 mm AFP tele and 35mm prime lens normally in my bag.

Feedback

Mandalay cityscape is almost always great in Spring season. The most beautiful time is morning of whole November to December. Climbed to Mandalay hill by 2 ways, walking by foot and riding by motorcycle or by car. There's a place called in Myanmar "Dat-taw-tike" and it's at South-East of hill and can see beautiful cityscape of Mandalay city and palace.
