Just out and about having fun taking photos of butterflies.

Went on an evening drive to see if I could spot any deer. After driving around for a bit, I found this gem.

Beautiful day at St.Louis Zoo, my family and I apparently had perfect timing because it was feeding time for most of the animals we got to see.

A friend and I went hiking on what started out to be a beautiful sunny day (ended up turning into overcast). The trail we hiked was called Reed lakes

Went on a drive to see if I could spot some deer and then I found this adorable little fawn

This is fireweed, a local edible plant. I drove to the back side of JBER (Air Force base) where there was a good patch of them.

Hiking along Crow's pass in Alaska, we trekked through this peaceful and steep valley.

While in my hometown for a visit, made a stop at Big Oak State Park.
