Usually, visitors spend two days to visit all sights of Petra. Since I decided to start my tour in the early morning, I could make the entire tour in one day. Through the Siq to the Treasury, up to the High Place of Sacrifice, down to the main road to finally climb up the valley with over 800 stairs. Finally, I could admire this astonishing architecture. The normal hiking time for this trail exceeds the official opening hours (12 hours) of Petra.
