I've considered, for some time, how to address getting closer to subjects without physically getting closer. At some point, I'd like to get some "critter" shots of skittish animals. This "test shot" is with a Takumar-A 2x tele-converter and Sigma 70-300mm Zoom-Macro. The converter is vintage, the lens new, and these work well together. Hand-held.
